Public Transport in London
London's has an immense tube network which is quite legendary,
but mainly because it's not that much fun to use. Buses provide
a more pleasant and interesting alternative, as long as the traffic
isn't gridlocked. Traffic is usually very heavy in London.
Travelcards can be used on all forms of transport and several rail
companies now run passenger trains in London, most of which offer
connections with the tube.

London's famous black cabs are excellent but expensive and minicabs
offer cheaper competition with freelance drivers. However, you can't
flag these down on the street, so . Driving in London is an absolute
nightmare as is parking. It is almost impossible to get a park in
the city centre, and the fines for illegal parking are expensive.
